What works for your best friend, sister-in-law, co-worker or neighbor might not be best for you. I work with clients to develop a meal plan that not only works for your individual lifestyle, but includes your favorite foods and indulgences. Eating should not be about depriving ourselves of foods, but rather nourishing our bodies with the nutrients we need to live a happy and healthy life. I help clients appreciate how the foods we consume impact our physical and mental well being.
